We don't collect personal data. There is no account and no advertising, and we don't track you. We don't sell or share data with anyone.

Your trips

The trips and travellers you enter are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on, they are also stored in your private iCloud account, and Apple syncs them between your devices. We cannot access them.

To delete them, remove them in the App. To delete the iCloud copy, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. If you delete the App while iCloud is off, your trips are deleted with it.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We don't see your payment details or who you are.

If you use the 3-day free access, the App keeps a note of this on your device and in your iCloud, so the offer isn't repeated. This note is not sent to us.

Anonymous usage statistics

The App sends anonymous events about how it is used, for example "purchase screen shown" or "trip added", to TelemetryDeck, an analytics service based in the EU. We use them to see which parts of the App work and where people get stuck.

Each event includes:

• what happened in the App, and your access type (free, trial, subscription or lifetime);
• for a purchase: the plan, price and currency;
• technical details: App version, iOS version, device type, language and region settings;
• a random identifier that TelemetryDeck hashes before storing, so it can't be traced back to you or your device.

The events never contain your trips, dates, countries, traveller names, anything you type, your contact details or your location. Day counts are only sent as rough ranges, such as "31–60 days". TelemetryDeck doesn't store your IP address. The data is not linked to you and is not used for advertising or tracking. TelemetryDeck processes it only for us.

Crash reports

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple sends us anonymised crash reports. To turn this off, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your device. No server is involved.

Emails to us

If you email us, we use your address and your message only to reply to you. We delete the correspondence within 24 months. To have it deleted sooner, just ask.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
