Terms of Use
90 Left is published by Armine Karakhan ("we"). Contact: support@90left.com.
These Terms add to Apple's standard licence agreement, which governs your use of the App. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
A planning tool, not legal advice
The App helps you count your days under the Schengen 90/180-day rule. It is for reference only. It is not legal advice, and it is not an official EU or government product.
- The results are only as accurate as the dates you enter.
- Border authorities make the final decision, and their records take precedence over the App.
- Residence permits, visas, bilateral agreements and rule changes can affect your allowance.
Check your plans with official sources before you travel.
Purchases
Payment is handled by Apple. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
If your Pro access ends, your trips stay saved.
Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for fines, refusal of entry or other losses that result from relying on the App. This does not affect your statutory rights.
